Refund Policy

At Biscotti we want you to be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the unit if it is returned within 30 days of the shipment date.  The product must be returned undamaged, in it's original packaging, with all included accessories.  If any items are missing or damaged a restocking fee may be applied for the value of the missing items.  We do not refund the cost of shipping.
