I cannot hear the other person on the call.


Ensure that the TV volume is turned up or that your home theater system is turned on.

Next be sure the HDMI cables are all plugged in securely to the back of your Biscotti, your TV, and your set-top box.

Finally, double check any other audio equipment or cables in your home theater setup. If you still have problems please contact support and we'll be happy to help.
