After running a network test I receive a message that says Slow Internet, what does this mean?


This message means that your internet connection is too slow to support an acceptable video call.  Please contact your internet service provider or IT department and request a higher speed internet connection.  For HD video calls, you will need at least 1 Mbps upload and download.  If you have an adequate internet connection and receive this message, check to be sure that no other devices on your network are currently using all your bandwidth.
