The video quality does not seem high definition, what can I do?

You can verify your send and receive resolutions by turning on the Call Info option in a call. 

  1. Turn in In Call Menu on by pressing the Enter or Back keys on your remote.
  2. Select the “Turn Call Info On” button and press the Enter key.
  3. Press the Back key on your remote to hide the In Call Menu.

If your resolution is not showing 1280x720 then you are not currently at 720p.  End the call and go to the Settings --> Network slide-out on Biscotti and run a Network Test.  This will let you know if you have adequate bandwidth for a high definition call and also inform you if there are any error conditions that are affecting call quality.

Note: When calling devices other than Biscotti calls may not be in high definition, as the other device may not support those resolutions.  If you would like to verify that your Biscotti is making HD video calls please call the Biscotti Test Call service.
