Port Forwarding for Firewall Issues

Follow

If you have a firewall on your router or modem, you might need to make a configuration change in order for your Biscotti to connect.  This configuration change is often referred to as port forwarding.

Biscotti requires the following ports to be open:

TCP: 22

UDP: 443       Public NTP Server

UDP & TCP: 5061, 4060                      SIP Server Ports

TCP: 20000, 21000, 22000, 23000

HTTPS: 443

TCP: 60000, 61000      Cloud Server Ports

UDP: 3478

UDP: 30000-40000

If you’re connected to a network through your workplace or school, ask the network administrator to open the above ports used by Biscotti.

For information about how to open ports on your router, you can check the PCWintech Port Forwarding Guides for specific details.
