I have installed Biscotti and I can no longer see my TV feed. What should I do?

The most common cause of this is mistakenly reversing the HDMI IN and HDMI OUT cables on the back of your Biscotti. Be sure that HDMI OUT goes from the Biscotti to your TV and HDMI IN goes from the Biscotti to your set-top box. 


Finally, make sure your TV is set to the correct input source, which should be the same one you use to watch TV if you installed your Biscotti as described above.
