Weak Wi-Fi - When in a call or after running a network test I receive a message that says Weak Wi-Fi, what should I do?


For the best Biscotti calling experience we recommend having at least 3 bars of Wi-Fi signal strength. If you are receiving a Weak Wi-Fi notification you should either move your wireless router closer to your Biscotti or connect to a network with a stronger signal.
