Biscotti Customer Support

I'm receiving a DHCP Error message when connecting to my Wi-Fi network, what does this mean?

Follow

The reason for this error message is your Wi-Fi router did not assign an IP address to your camera. This can be due to a Wi-Fi misconfiguration or problem with the router. Please verify the DHCP server is enabled on the Wi-Fi router, and reboot the Wi-Fi router.

Please note: We do not currently support networks that require additional authentication (i.e. login via Web Browser, RADIUS Server) You will need to disable this on your network or select a network that does not require this type of authentication in order for Biscotti to connect.
