Connecting to Network: Cannot contact NTP server

If you are receiving the "Cannot contact NTP server" error message on Connecting to Network this means that you are unable to connect to the public NTP server.
This could mean that UDP port 123 is being blocked.
If you are connected through your workplace or school, ask the network administrator to open this port for you.
For information on how to open this port on your router, please visit the  PCWintech Port Forwarding Guides for specific details.
